Where are you located?
Our studio is based in Cypress, California. Our manufacturing is done in Los Angeles, which is less than 20 minutes away without traffic.

Do you have a brick & mortar store?
No, our studio location is not open to the public for in-person visits.
Do you accept custom orders?
No, unfortunately we do not accept custom orders, this includes any made-to-measure requests or alterations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
What are your shipping options?
You can see our shipping rates here. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
The item I want is sold out. Will you be making more?
We make all styles in small batch production runs and some styles and colors will be restocked once they sell out. You can get on the waitlist for sold out items within the product listing page to be notified of any restocks. To stay up to date on new styles, restocks and exclusive promotions, please sign up for our newsletter and/or follow us on our Instagram and Facebook.
How do I return my order?
You can visit our Return Portal. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.

How do I return an international order? 
Please email us for the return shipping address. The customer will be responsible to ship the order item(s) back to us. Regular priced clothing items that are in new, unwashed, undamaged condition with all original hangtags attached can be returned within 30 days of order date. Items not returned in these conditions will not be processed and customers will have to pay the shipping fee for the item to returned back to them. We suggest a trackable shipping method. We do not refund original shipping costs, international duties/customs taxes or return shipping costs. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete details. 

How do I exchange my order?
We accept exchanges for regular-priced, domestic orders only within 30 days of order placement. You can visit our Return Portal. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.

We currently do not offer customer service over the phone but we'd be happy to help over email correspondence. Please email us at hello@mienstudios.com. All inquiries and requests will be answered in 24 business hours. The studio is closed on weekends and U.S. national holidays.
