A tracking number will be emailed to you upon order processing. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated. We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable or stolen packages once your order package has been shown as delivered. Please take care in entering the correct shipping address during order placement and ensure that the package will be delivered to a safe destination.


Regular priced clothing items that are in new, original, unwashed condition, free of pet hair, with all original hangtags attached can be returned for a refund within 30 days of order date. Items not returned in the conditions above will not be processed and customer will be responsible for a $10 shipping fee for the ineligible items to be returned to them. 

Orders with code THANKFUL (40% off discount) or with a discount of 20% or more applied are final sale. Sale/Sample Sale items are final sale and not returnable. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Qualifying order items with 20% or less discount code applied are eligible for store credit only with 30 days of order date.

Orders placed with ore credit from a previous exchange is not eligible for a secondary complimentary prepaid exchange. Customer will have to pay for return shipping and handling, which is $10, for a refund or exchange after that.


For US refunds, customers are responsible for a flat $10 return fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please email us at with your order number. The shipping label is automatically generated and emailed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunds to post to your original payment account.

For domestic orders, we provide a one-time, complimentary return shipping label for orders returned for Store Credit for use on our website. Once your return package is received, a Store Credit code in the amount of the purchase price will be emailed. Please email us at with your order number.

Please email us at so we can provide you with a return address. We do not offer international exchanges. The customer will be responsible to ship the order item(s) back to us. We suggest a trackable shipping method. We do not refund original shipping costs, international duties/customs taxes or return shipping costs. 

International (non-US) customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and/or fees collected by the destination country. We are required to declare full merchandise value on the package. If the package is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and any taxes/fees that may incur - this amount will be deducted from the order refund. If the shipping costs and fees exceeds the merchandise refund amount, the package will not be claimed and your order will not be refunded.
