A tracking number will be emailed to you upon order processing. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated. We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable or stolen packages once your order package has been shown as delivered. Please take care in entering the correct shipping address during order placement and ensure that the package will be delivered to a safe destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGESRegular priced clothing items that are in new, original, unwashed condition, free of pet hair, with all original hangtags attached can be returned for a refund within 30 days of order date. Items not returned in the conditions above will not be processed and customer will be responsible for a $10 shipping fee for the ineligible items to be returned to them.
Sale items, curated goods, and special collaboration collections are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders with more than 20% discount applied are only eligible for return for store credit. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or applied to special collaboration collections. Any promotions or discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
Orders placed with store credit from a previous exchange is not eligible for a secondary complimentary prepaid exchange. Customer will have to pay for return shipping and handling, which is $10, for a refund or exchange after that.
For US refunds, customers are responsible for a flat $10 return fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount. Returns are easy and can be started HERE. The shipping label is automatically generated and emailed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunds to post to your original payment account.
For domestic orders, we provide a one-time, complimentary return shipping label for orders returned for Store Credit for use on our website. Once your return package is received, a Store Credit code in the amount of the purchase price will be emailed. Click HERE to start your return/exchange.
Please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with a return address. We do not offer international exchanges. The customer will be responsible to ship the order item(s) back to us. We suggest a trackable shipping method. We do not refund original shipping costs, international duties/customs taxes or return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International (non-US) customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and/or fees collected by the destination country. We are required to declare full merchandise value on the package. If the package is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and any taxes/fees that may incur - this amount will be deducted from the order refund. If the shipping costs and fees exceeds the merchandise refund amount, the package will not be claimed and your order will not be refunded.
